
Jennifer was always aspired to become a multi-tasking celeb. Jennifer was a lover of various styles of music when she was a child, and particularly Afro-Caribbean rhythms such as merengue, salsa and the bachata. In her later years, her top genres were mainstream pop-hop, R&B, and hip-hop. While she was an avid enthusiast of music, her love for the film industry is equally strong. Apart from becoming a budding entertainment artist, Jennifer was also a Catholic schoolgirl, attending eight years in the Catholic elementary school known as Holy Family, located within The Bronx, before graduating from an all-girls prep school, Preston High School after an entire four years. Jennifer excelled in athletics during her time at school, and was a champion in track and field and tennis. Her entire life was upbringing in a two-story house within the Castle Hill neighborhood. Jennifer quit the home of her parents at 18 , to leave. Lopez was employed at a legal firm at work during the day, and then took off dance gigs at night.
